Bob Bodman

During the 1990’s and 2000’s, new club development was in full swing and Bob worked on several major club development projects, such as Granite Bay GC, Cordevalle, Glen Oaks Country Club and Morgan Creek G&CC (all start-ups) for 2 to 5 year stints, as Contract Membership Director. Bob also did the strategic planning, member surveys, focus groups and membership planning for private clubs such as Monterey Peninsula CC (CA), Bethesda CC (MD), Diablo CC (CA), Round Hill CC (CA), Diablo CC, Timilick Tahoe (CA), Marin CC (CA), North Ridge CC (CA), Los Altos G & CC (CA), Silver Creek Valley CC (CA), Manor CC (GA), and The Club at Las Campanas.

Ken Kelley

Ken joined the firm in 2002. Ken brought decades of high-end club management experience, and a strong skill set in club governance, bylaws review, strategic plan implementation, financial sensitivity modeling, and operational turnarounds in clubs such as Old Ranch Country Club (CA), Rio Verde CC (AZ), and Sequoyah Country Club (CA). Ken’s list of club management credits include: Baltimore Country Club(MD) (Platinum Clubs of America), Los Altos Golf and Country Club (CA), River Oaks Country Club, (TX) (Platinum Clubs of America).

Jim Muldowney

Jim joined the firm in 2011. Jim also added decades of high-end club management experience with special skill sets in club management consulting, interim management, management recruitment and his uniquely effective Club Facilities and Service Audits. Jim’s list of club credits include: The Club at Las Campanas (NM), Cherokee Country Club (TN), Onwentsia Club (IL), The Reserve, (CA), Interim General Manager at The Powder Horn Club (WY) and Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club and Lodge (FL) during the Bay Hill Classic. Jim has also served as President of numerous Chapters of the Club Managers Association of America, and named 2003 “National Council Member of the Year” by the National Club Association.
