Governance Best Practices Audit

 

CR will provide an online survey to facilitate the Board’s self-evaluation of its performance, as well the methodologies employed by the Board, relative to the best practices adopted by the Club Manager’s Association of America (CMAA) for clubs and the McKinsey & Associates Best Practices for not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, this exercise includes a section whereby Board members are asked, individually, to indicate and rank the board’s priorities as they see them. Results are subsequently consolidated into a report that summarizes and prioritizes the responses to provide the Board with a concise view of the Board-generated governance-related priorities.   

 

 

 

Board Policy Manual 

 

CR will develop a Board Policy Manual to include and record all club governance policies and procedures, reporting structure and committee roles and responsibilities.  Includes presentation to board and revisions as required.
